GI: Angaston (Eden Valley) and Ebenezer (Barossa Valley).
Colour: dark scarlet red with black edge.
Aroma: wonderfully ripe and fragrant nose filled with dark plum, cassis and subtle toasted almond.
Palate: elegant and beautifully weighted with intense fruit flavors of plum, blackcurrant, earthy tobacco and oak spice, and with polished tannins.
Oak: 20% new French for 24 months. 4 year air dried oak. Francois Frere and Taransaud Coopers – tight grain.
Drink now or cellar up to 2030.
