Their GUDILLY label – a mix up of their names – is a blend of classic and emerging varietal wines made from single vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, Adelaide Plains, Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, Eden Valley and Riverland regions of South Australia.
Contemporary and drinkable, GUDILLY is sustainably made, and with the next generation in mind.

Cabernet Sauvignon
tasting noteDeep crimson in colour with intensely fragrant dark cherry and cassis on the nose. Dark fruits with dusty oak tannins finish long in a medium to full bodied palate. Pair with roast lamb, curries or mushroom risotto.

Shiraz
tasting noteBrick red in colour, with complex mulberry and licorice spice on the nose. A palate of ripe forest berries and rounded mouthfeel on the palate, finish with smooth tannins.
